Women entrepreneurship organisation Co. of Women last week inducted three more into its Hall of Fame.
The three were insurance pioneer Naomi Ballantyne, retailer Anne Norman and serial entrepreneur Linda Jenkinson.
They were chosen from a shortlist of 20, selected by a panel of entrepreneurs, from public nominations.
The women were chosen for achieving large-scale business success, impacting their industry, supporting female entrepreneurs, and using their resources and profit for good.
Jenkinson is based in San Francisco but was born in Palmerston North. She has established global concierge firm Les Concierges, transportation company Dispatch Management Services Corporation and Porthos, and founded WOW Investments, a social enterprises funding female-led SMEs in Africa.
